Faizal Sindring was born in Malei, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia on June 17, 1984. Soon after finishing high school in 2001 he submerged himself in learning art and art techniques and spent time learning and working closely with the artists Rusdi Trunajaya, Randhy boegis, Sys Paindow, and Relly Tombe. A predominantly self taught artist, Faizal is rapidly perfecting his unique drawing and creative technique. Faizal’s drawings project, in profound detail, the essence of his native Sulawesi and adopted Bali through realistic yet deeply articulate manifestations of human spirit and form. His technical ability allows Faizal to project expressiveness embodied in simplistic harmony.
